                                                                                                                                                                      The Group has strong teams full of energy and new ideas. Youth is not about age,
                                                                                                                                                                      it's about dreams and ideals. With patience and persistence, teams of the Group
                                                                                                                                                                      have overcome mountains of difficulties and never been satisfied with what has
                                                                                                                                                                      been  achieved.  They  have  embraced  ten  management  strategies  and  thirteen
                                                                                                                                                                      management  indicators  of  the  Group,  and  fulfilled  the  Group's  "SIX
                                                                                                                                                                      Requirements"  of  maintaining  relationships  by  socializing  with  customers,
                                                                                                                                                                      building more cohesive teams by organizing more activities, serving customers
                                                                                                                                                                      with  heart-to-heart  communication,  thinking  of  ways  to  make  corporate  funds
                                                                                                                                                                      flow, exercising more to stay healthy, and taking action to increase success. Also,
                                                                                                                                                                      they've tried to be hard-working, diligent, innovative, determined, and active in
                                                                                                                                                                      integrating resources to seek greater development, and carried out the intention
                                                                                                                                                                      of the Chairman Zheng Yuanbao to make the Group stronger and more advanced.

                                                                                                                                                                      The  Group  aims  to  build  cohesive,  competitive,  influential  and  enterprising
                                                                                                                                                                      teams  to  help  realize  the  Chinese  dream.  By  setting  up  national  postdoctoral
                                                                                                                                                                      workstations and the Talent Inviting Project, the Group has introduced a large
                                                                                                                                                                      number  of  well-known  experts  and  scholars  at  home  and  abroad,  as  well  as
                                                                                                                                                                      masters,  doctors  and  postdoctors.  Through  the  construction  of  talent  training
                                                                                                                                                                      bases, the Group has cultivated and delivered more specialized and innovative
                                                                                                                                                                      talents for enterprise development.

                                                                                                                                                                      The Group now has nearly 30,000 employees, among which there are more than
                                                                                                                                                                      80  doctors,  and  more  than  2,000  masters  and  graduates.  And  there  are  28
