PEOPLE WANFU INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING MALL

As an investment invitation project by the government, People Wanfu
International Shopping Mall is invested and built by China People Holding
Group a top 500 enterprise, with a total floor area of 670 mu (appr. 446,667
square meters) and a total building area of about 500,000 square meters. It is
planned to be located at Jingmen Home Fashion Goods Market and to cover
boutique home hall, mid-to-high end decorative building materials hall, flowers,
birds, fish, insects, antique and pets market, imported commodities hall, smart
home and fashion customized home e-commerce base.

The project is located at the intersection of Peigong Avenue and Jinghe Avenue
on the Central Axis of Urban Planning, Duodao District, Jingmen City where is
the core of Nancheng District, Jingmen City. According to the evaluation of the
land suitability in the overall planning of Jingmen, Nancheng District is the most
suitable area for urban construction in the future and the development principle
in the overall planning is "development to the west and south first, and then the
east and north". Recently, Nancheng District is the new urban district of Jingmen
City for major construction.
