power. The Group aims to build the world-renowned national brand and join the
World's Top 500 Enterprises with the spirit of craftsmanship. As a saying goes, “a
blacksmith must have his own strength to make strong and durable iron
implements.” The Group has fully implemented the “Manufacturing 5.0” policy
and carried out a series of innovative practices in digitalization and
intellectualization through transformation of automated equipment and
integration of the Internet, Internet of Things and big data platform, by which the
transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry has been realized. This
proves that the manufacturing capability of China has surpassed the world
standard.

In 2006, the Group fully introduced the Performance Excellence Model, and
adopted the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. Based on current
situation in China, we conducted a comprehensive performance evaluation in
terms of the organizational behavior, customer satisfaction and product quality,
which greatly improved the overall management level of our group. The Group
has won the “National Quality Award”, “Zhejiang Provincial Government
Quality Award” and “China Quality Prize Nomination Award".
