PEOPLE WANFU (ZHENGBUGANG) INDUSTRIAL PARK

People WanFu (Zhengpugang) Industrial Park is under China People WanFu
Group, which mainly develops and builds standardised factories in a customised
manner, and is positioned as a new manufacturing cluster platform integrating
intelligent manufacturing, photovoltaic industry, new energy, modern service
industry (supply chain, R&D, testing), and headquarter economy. It will attract
enterprises with scale and growth in line with the industrial positioning of the
park, and create a comprehensive industrial park with demonstration effect. The
project covers an area of about 500 acres, and is invested by People HUF Group
with about 2 billion RMB for construction, which is expected to achieve an
average tax of about 150,000 RMB per mu, an annual output value of 3.2 billion
RMB, and an average annual tax payment of 350 million RMB. After People
Maanshan Industrial Park is put into operation, it will become the largest
electronic information industry base in East China, integrating six major sectors,
such as living support area, R&D and business area, high-end manufacturing
area, commerce and exhibition area, logistics and warehousing area, and
enterprise customisation area.
