PEOPLE WANFU (WUHAN) HEADQUARTER PARK

People WanFu (Wuhan) Headquarters Economic Park is under China People
WanFu Group, which focuses on the construction of high-standard detached
offices, economic headquarters, garden villas, quality mansions and other
products as well as relevant supporting facilities, combining with the
characteristics of the leading industries in the region, giving full play to the
Group's resources and operational advantages, and introducing the strengths of
brands such as leading enterprises and corporate headquarters. The project aims
to create a high-end demonstration park for the headquarters economy industrial
park in Central China, integrating carrier development, industrial investment,
park operation and enterprise investment, and developing in an all-round way.
The project is invested and built by People WanFu, which is located at the golden
cross junction of National Highway 318 and Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao
Expressway, and at the exit of Dongfeng Elevated Highway, with a superior
geographical location and well-connected traffic. The project covers a total area
of about 203 acres, with a total investment of about 1.8 billion yuan and a total
construction area of over 200,000 square metres, occupying an important
location in Caidian Economic Development Zone and Wuhan Economic
Development Zone, and enjoying the dividends of the 14th Five-Year Plan of
China's Auto Valley.
